Deliveries

Deliveries are handled using Royal Mail Second Class for postage within England, and Standard International for postage to other countries.

Individual cards and small prints are priced based on the size of a small letter. All other things are priced as small parcels.

Packages are expected to be delivered within 3-7 working days of being shipped.

Digital commissions

Commission work will be started upon order, and will be finished within 1-5 working days. Commissions will be sent to the email attached to the account/invoice, and may also be displayed on social media. For more complicated commission work, please enquire first and payment can be discussed seperately based on your needs.

Custom card commissions

These are handled as a special case outside of the normal commission flow. Cards require time to be designed, produced, and printed, and are printed in batches, so it may take up to a month between ordering and being sent a card. You will still receive the digital card artwork upon its completion, and be sent the physical card copies when the printing is completed.

Returns

When returning goods under UK/EU statutory 14 day cancellation laws, any goods received must be returned to us.

Letters (such as individual card or sticker purchases) must be sent to:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for completed commission work.
